Origin: I was born and grew up In Haiti

Design background: I studied at Dudley University, North Carolina ( USA ) and at Edith Serie in Montreal, Canada. I’ve done some workshops in Haiti with Carlo Beliti, an Italian expert in the fashion system. I have also attended short courses at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. 

Career highlight:  Having the people see my clothes on the runways of the worldDesign signatures / Aesthetic: My signature is to focus on colors and fine details.

How would you describe the Michel Chataigne woman? The woman who wears Michel Chataigne is elegant, she loves finely fitted cuts.

What are your resort capsule collection’s inspirations? The line is made of soft and breathable cotton inspired by the autumn leaves with contrasting and transforming colours, green to yellow, yellow to brown, brown to gold, mix together with beige. This line is dedicated to the woman who loves the sun, the nature, the white sand of the beaches of exotics places around the world like ours “HAITI”.
