Workshop Description:
This two-day interactive workshop is designed to equip Caribbean producers with the knowledge, tools, and motivation needed to meet European Union (EU) market requirements. Participants will explore key EU market segments, food safety regulations, and certification processes relevant to pre-packed  products. Through practical exercises, self-assessments, and group work, they will learn how to identify gaps in compliance, develop actionable plans, and leverage certifications for marketing purposes. With a focus on real-life examples and hands-on learning, the workshop aims to build participants’ confidence and capacity to take meaningful steps toward EU market readiness.
