Caribbean Export Development Agency (Caribbean Export) was commissioned by the Governments of the Dominican Republic, Haiti and the European Union to implement the “Trade and Private Sector Component” of the Haiti-Dominican Republic Binational Cooperation Program, under the eleventh (11th) European Development Fund (EDF) FED/2018/399-379. The general objective of this Program is “Strengthen economic and trade cooperation between Haiti and the Dominican Republic in a sustainable manner, supporting initiatives that can reduce current imbalances in the long term and reduce poverty levels.”

In this sense, this call for proposals is part of the activities agreed with the company Savons des Iles from Haiti, in the letter of agreement that was signed with Caribbean Export, to support the expansion of their market and increase their sales.

Caribbean Export is looking for suitable suppliers in Haiti to submit a Proforma.

The Proforma must indicate the following:

1. Warranty time
2. Delivery time
3. Terms of payment
4. Detail of the technical specifications of the equipment
5. Whether it includes delivery of the equipment at the location of the beneficiary company, installation and start-up of the equipment.
6. Amount to pay in USD.
