Caribbean Export began implementing the 11th EDF Regional Private Sector Development Programme in 2017, with €24.5 million from the EU to build on the 10th EDF and support CARIFORUM-EU EPA utilization. In 2020, an additional €3 million was provided for COVID-19 relief. The programme aimed to boost employment, inclusivity, and poverty reduction in CARIFORUM states.
