Our team at the Caribbean Export Development Agency is delighted to invite you to participate in a special series of activities under the Caribbean Women Entrepreneurs – Generating Resilient and Inclusive Trade (GRIT) Project, funded by Global Affairs Canada and implemented by Caribbean Export.
From 10–14 November 2025, and in collaboration with BELTRAIDE, Caribbean Export will host GRIT Activation Week – Belize, featuring a two-day Export Readiness Workshop, a Stakeholder Consultation, and the National Launch Ceremony of the GRIT Project.
The launch will officially introduce the GRIT Project to Belize and highlight opportunities for women entrepreneurs to engage in this regional initiative aimed at strengthening women’s participation in trade and business growth. The week’s events are designed to support Belizean women entrepreneurs in building sustainable business practices, enhancing export preparedness, and connecting with partners and institutions committed to inclusive trade and women’s economic empowerment.
Together, we will explore strategies to boost resilience and competitiveness by equipping participants with the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to successfully access and compete in Canadian and international markets.
