
Applications are now open for the Virtual E-Commerce Accelerator Programme (VEAP), Caribbean Export’s hands-on programme helping CARIFORUM MSMEs build the skills and capabilities to sell online and reach customers in international markets.
Whether you’re looking to launch your first online store or strengthen your existing e-commerce presence, VEAP will provide practical training and support to help you build and grow on Shopify or eBay.
Through VEAP, you’ll get practical support to:
VEAP will be delivered in two stages, combining foundational training with more intensive support to help participating businesses put their e-commerce knowledge into practice.
Stage 1: Foundational Training
Beginning October 15, 2026, selected MSMEs will participate in an eight-week foundational training programme, running through December 3, 2026.
Stage 2: Online Store Launch Bootcamp
Beginning in January 2027, the programme will continue with a 16-week Online Store Launch Bootcamp, delivered in two cohorts of 120 businesses. The bootcamp will provide practical support as businesses work towards launching and strengthening their online stores.

VEAP is designed for registered MSMEs across CARIFORUM with products suitable for international e-commerce and a commitment to growing their business through digital channels.
Before completing your VEAP application, we encourage you to complete the Caribbean Digital Check-Up. The tool will help you assess your business’ current level of digital readiness and identify areas for further development.
Once completed, submit your application for the Virtual E-Commerce Accelerator Programme (VEAP).
