Taking place from October 24th to November 5th, 2026, the GRIT Trade Mission to Canada is a targeted initiative designed to connect Indigenous women entrepreneurs from the Caribbean with international buyers, market insights, and commercial opportunities.
The mission will bring together Indigenous women-led businesses from Belize, Dominica and Jamaica, spanning beauty, botanicals and personal care; sustainable agriculture and agro-processing; and artisan goods, fashion and cultural tourism. Through targeted B2B meetings, market exploration, knowledge exchanges and network opportunites in Winnipeg and Toronto, participants will gain insight into Canadian market requirements, explore trade opportunities and establish connections to support their export ambitions.
